How much does membership of the Therme Erding Kids Club cost?
No membership fee is payable for membership of the Kids Club. Use of the activities and benefits offered is free of charge.
Who can register for the Therme Erding Kids Club?
The Kids Club is for all water lovers between the ages of 0 and 15.
How can I register my child for the Therme Erding Kids Club?
You can register using the online registration form. This can be found under the menu item ‘Registration’. Alternatively, a registration form can also be completed and handed in on site at Therme Erding.
Is it necessary to provide an e-mail address?
The provision of an e-mail address is a mandatory requirement for valid registration in the Kids Club. This will also be used to send you information material (vouchers, discounts, etc.). Furthermore, the e-mail address is required for contacting and clarifying membership matters.
What should I do if I have not received a confirmation email after registering?
When using the online registration form, the confirmation email should arrive just a few minutes after registration. A longer processing time is required for on-site registration at Therme Erding. If you do not receive a confirmation email, it is advisable to check your spam folder. In some cases, the e-mail may end up there. If it cannot be found there either, please contact our support team ([email protected]).
What should I do if the link to confirm my e-mail address is not displayed in the confirmation e-mail?
Clicking on the ‘Confirm email address now’ link in the confirmation email is required to complete the Kids Club registration process. If the link is not displayed or cannot be clicked, it may be that our message is not compatible with the email programme you are using. In this case, it may help to open the e-mail again using a different end device or a different e-mail address. If the link is still not visible in this case, please contact our support team. How do I know that my child's enrolment was successful?
After clicking on the link to confirm the e-mail address, we will send a welcome e-mail for the registered child to the e-mail address provided. This serves as confirmation of successful registration.
How can I change the data (address, etc.) for my child?
If an error has occurred during registration or a move has taken place and the data entered needs to be updated, please contact the support team. ([email protected]).

When does the birthday mail arrive and what is the validity period of the voucher?
What if my child does not yet have a photo ID?
In order to redeem the birthday voucher, proof of age and date of birth is required. If no photo ID is available, an insurance card, school ID or similar can also be brought along. It is important that the proof includes a photo and the child's date of birth.
How can membership of the Therme Erding Kids Club be cancelled?
Membership can be cancelled at any time by sending an email to [email protected] or by post to Therme Erding Familienbad GmbH, keyword: Kids Club, Thermenallee 1, 85435 Erding. The service hours are Monday - Friday from 09-18 hrs.
In the event of cancellation, a declaration by a parent or legal guardian is sufficient, even if both parents had originally given their consent. The data processed in connection with the membership will be deleted accordingly.

Are there discounts for children and families at Therme Erding?
Children up to and including 3 years receive free admission to the thermal baths, wave pool & slides. There is a special Family Monday for families: on school Mondays, families with children aged 4 - 12 can swim for 3 hours for €26 per person with admission from 2 pm.
What do birthday children receive?
Birthday children up to and including the age of 15 receive free admission to the thermal spa, the wave pool and the Galaxy Slide World on presentation of a photo ID when they visit us on the day of their birthday. Adult birthday children receive a cocktail voucher on presentation of ID at check-in at the cash desk.
Kids Club members (up to and including the age of 15) receive free admission up to 4 weeks after their birthday on presentation of their Kids Club voucher. Kids officially leave the Kids Club at the age of 16. As a final gift, former members receive a voucher for free entry to the VitalOase to discover the wellness worlds on their 16th birthday.
Are children allowed in the family areas (thermal spa, wave pool & slides) at Therme Erding without an accompanying adult?
Children under the age of 12 require an accompanying adult to visit the family areas of Therme Erding. Children aged 12 and over can also visit us alone.
Can I bring my own food and drinks during my visit?
Our varied culinary offer ranges from crispy salads to savoury dishes and juicy burgers. You are also welcome to bring your own non-alcoholic drinks for your stay (no glass bottles). We kindly allow our guests to bring small snacks, such as fruit and vegetables to nibble on.
